I am an Integrative Psychotherapist with over 12 years experience, offering both in-person and online individual and relationship therapy. I am also a Guest Tutor at the University of Oxford. I have specialist training in trauma work including EMDR and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and am also a trained Mindfulness facilitator.  My previous work experience includes working for the NHS, the Metropolitan Police, the Maudsley Hospital, the Mindful Project in London, and within Higher Education. 

I have a Masters Degree in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy, and an Advanced Diploma in Couples Therapy. I also have a First Class Honours Degree from UCL as well as an Advanced Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy. My therapeutic approach is Integrative, which means that I call upon different theories and modalities to meet the needs of my clients. 

I am accredited by the UKCP and abide by their Code of Ethics.

I am fluent in French, and can offer sessions in this language. I welcome clients from all sexual orientations, racial and cultural backgrounds. My work is informed by sociology, social anthropology and an interest in intersectionality.
